Fairways Sportsgrounds, sister company to Wiedenmann UK, has been employing one of its Terra Spike XD8s to good effect. Over the last year, the Glasgow Airport based firm has had a contract to upgrade drainage and re-establish the natural turf at the popular Glasgow park.
Using 20 mm diameter tines, the mighty Terra Spike has been been aiding decompaction and helping air and nutrients permeate through to the roots of the grass sward, down to depths of 275 mm.
